Vancouver, BC – Ongoing research into the “Manitowoc Incident” video archive produced evidence this past weekend that smartphone camera recordings of lights in the sky submitted to NewsInsideOut.com in support of U.S. Marine Corps veteran Myles Panosh’s March 24, 2019, UFO sighting report were most likely images of street lights and cars on the ground. Wisconsin videographer Jeff Lavicka worked closely with NewsInsideOut.com to decipher strange artifacts discovered in the footage and has withdrawn his claim of having taped a UFO that night. These findings downgrade status of the incident depicted in the short film from potentially the biggest story in today’s UFO news to a record of testimony from a trained observer whose sighting of an unknown remains supported in the film by video-based dramatic visual recreations and 8-bit granular audio processing.
To show readers how these conclusions were reached we are presenting a series of images. This series reveals how one previously-unpublished video frame from the “Manitowoc Incident” video archive rotated 180 degrees and transparently overlaid with a daylight photo of a neighboring house adjacent to Jeff Lavicka’s location offers a satisfactory visual match. A geometric artifact on the far left side of the frame suggests there was a building in the image foreground. The composite result accompanying this update reveals the camera’s attitude at the time of recording was apparently pitched downwards, not upwards facing towards the sky.
This reporter received access to “Manitowoc Incident” footage two weeks after it was recorded and discussed among the witnesses. How it then took an additional six part and full-time days for this discovery to arise relates to various challenges that surround attempts to provide pro bono lab services as a crowdsourced amateur video clearinghouse while also providing reportage, non-commercial short film production and news distribution services on a deadline.
Upon his review of these facts witness Myles Panosh told NewsInsideOut.com he stands firmly behind his UFO sighting testimony where he clearly stated in the film how both videographer and witness were at two different locations at the time of taping and that the recordings were made after his initial sighting that same evening. It is our hope that this important update to NewsInsideOut.com’s “Manitowoc Incident” reporting will satisfy the curiosity of readers and viewers alike whose appetites for the UFO Truth and Disclosure we continue to support.
Running at under 15 minutes the “Manitowoc Incident” short film on YouTube has gathered more than 5,000 views at the time of this update’s publication and is the subject of articles and threads on top-ranking websites including Mysterious Universe and Above Top Secret.
Vancouver, BC – An exclusive short film published to social media on April 10, 2019, offers viewers an inside look at what one U.S. Marine Corps veteran described as a “massive” UFO incident that took place near a Lake Michigan nuclear power station the night of March 24, 2019. A bizarre cluster of scintillating lights said unlike anything in the current known U.S. military arsenal was observed and recorded in flight over several hours by long time Manitowoc, WI, resident Myles Panosh and his videographer friend Jeff Lavicka. Running under 15 minutes the “Manitowoc Incident”’s stunning enhanced HD UFO footage, 8-bit granular audio analysis, dramatic recreation and voices of witnesses transport viewers deep into the heart of what may be the biggest UFO story of 2019.
UPDATE: The status of this report has been downgraded in an important update published April 15, 2019. Click here to read the update.
U.S. Marine Corps veteran Myles Panosh says he was on a telephone call that evening discussing UFO experiences with Sheboygan, WI, resident Shelly Schmidt when he looked out from his window and spotted a “huge” UFO over the vicinity of Point Beach Nuclear Plant in neighboring Two Creeks. Unable to capture the subject with his iPhone he enlisted help from neighbor Jeff Lavicka at 8:45 p.m. local time. The videographer then successfully imaged the mysterious event using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and was able to observe the incident until approximately 11:30 p.m..
What the videos show include multi-colored lights appearing at the apexes of a seemingly opaque wedge-shaped “Star Destroyer”-like spacecraft attended periodically by additional luminous bodies in flight blinking on and off in the nearby field of view. There are no stars or other celestial bodies visible in the background suggesting the UFO’s luminous emissions were brighter than starlight and that the subject was operating within Earth’s atmosphere. It stands to reason that if the smartphone camera’s low-light threshold included imaging of celestial objects, dozens would have appeared in each upwards-facing video frame accompanying the subject under clear night sky conditions described by the witness.
Such a simple analysis concludes that the video images do not depict stars and planets but rather subjects of magnitudes greater than starlight whose emissions fall within the visible range of the camera sensor (where other celestial objects do not register). It is clear from these images the Samsung Galaxy S4 is incapable of resolving distant binary star systems at night but is clearly suited to the task of collecting UFO evidence under dark sky conditions where subjects flying within Earth’s atmosphere emit significant illumination of their own.
The role of primal hypnotic scintillating lights in UFO incidents (like the bioluminescence of cuttlefish stalking their prey) may in some cases be interpreted as a pacifier of observers transmitting “nothing to see here” signals to individuals who may otherwise mobilize some sort of active response. The effect has been observed by this reporter during field research in the British Columbia wilderness where helicopter-like light activity on nearby ridgetops seemed ironically normal under conditions where such vehicles were very unlikely to appear.
During their telephone interviews for the “Manitowoc Incident” both Myles Panosh and Shelly Schmidt recounted a subculture of testimonies from local residents and visitors to the area who said they had seen lights in the sky near the nuclear site and over Lake Michigan. An article from the Detroit Free Press from March of this year cited eerie lights appearing along near 200 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline in witness reports from 1994 highlighting how these reports remain unsolved to the present day.
John Carpenter’s “Starman” (1984) crashed an extraterrestrial scout ship on the northwestern side of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Chequamegon Bay, WI. The city of Green Bay and the Door Peninsula where the Point Beach Nuclear Plant is stationed reside off the southeast edge of the same forest. According to lifelong resident Myles Panosh fishing tourism was wildly popular on the peninsula shoreline during the 1960s and 1970s attracting visitors including high-profile celebrities such as Johnny Carson.
Tales of UFO sightings at the nuclear site are said to have been part of the fishing subculture and the area’s reputation as a UFO hotspot may well have earned it an indirect placement in the film’s cosmology. Viewed from this perspective the “Starman”’s miraculous silver spheres might have gleaned some of their mystique from uranium dioxide pellets used in reactor fuel rods where nuclear power is touted as a fount of miracles by today’s Fukushima-deaf industry shills.
According to the Union of Concerned Scientists fire protection problems and groundwater leaks plague Point Beach. Multidimensional environmental stakeholder ET interests in U.S. nuclear power plants remains a sensitive taboo subject where employees held economic hostage fear for job safety and onsite security protocols preclude bringing public attention to ETs and these incidents through the present day.
It remains otherwise incomprehensible how local residents using smartphone camera technology were able to release stunning images of such an apparently massive display whereas all of the local and regional airport radar sensors plus security system sensors at the nuclear site remain effectively silent in communicating facts of these events in the public domain (as if they registered nothing at all). Clearly the culture of an ongoing cover-up persists in modern America outliving the Pentagon’s 2017 Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) moment in the New York Times.
According to trained military observer Myles Panosh what he saw and Jeff Lavicka recorded that night was “Not anything we have. No way. Not even close. Not a chance. It was not a star. It was not a planet. It was not a meteor. It was definitely (by definition) an Unidentified Flying Object.” Viewers can watch the short film “Manitowoc Incident” on social media for free and learn how public contact with and video recording and reporting of dramatic UFO experiences can be big, bold and beautiful.
Vancouver, BC – Exclusive new video published to social media on November 12, 2018, reveals how granular audio analysis of a 2014 Canadian wilderness starlight skywatch anticipated findings from a UFO incident that took place off the coast of Ireland this past Friday. Roswell-like citations of a “pilot” and death of an “alien” in a “crash” were first discovered during the 2015 audit of a British Columbia skywatch soundtrack recorded at a private off-grid location in the province’s interior. Irish air traffic control’s recording of a British Airways pilot’s November 9, 2018, UFO sighting report subjected to the same procedure described a “captured saucer” recovery and “aliens” in what appears to be yet another instance of future intelligence revealed in time’s mirror.
The alleged Roswell Incident purports how a flying saucer crashed on a New Mexico ranch in 1947 spawning a headline in the Roswell Daily record stating “RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch in Roswell Region”. That report was retracted but subsequent claims ad nauseam have described the bodies of dead alien pilots recovered at the scene as well as discoveries of alien technology that became the basis of fibre optics and more through books, television shows, conference speaker careers, video games and film.
As a result Roswell today exists as possibly the biggest meme in UFOlogy but for visitors who venture there in search of contact with extraterrestrials there is little available other than an annual festival, alien blow-up dolls and a local museum commemorating the urban legend. When this reporter ventured to New Mexico in 2010 he discovered the living UFO phenomena was active 40 minutes south in Artesia. Suggestion: go to Artesia if you want to see a UFO flying low over one of the local neighborhoods.
CBS News and other mainstream outlets reported today how a pilot flying a Boeing 787 from Heathrow to Montreal called in to report a bright light observed by her crew that changed direction while travelling at a high rate of speed. According to the Irish Examiner that report has been updated where the event is now defined as a shooting star by one journalist (but we believe it to be an Irish UFO).
According to the American Meteor Society these celestial objects enter the Earth’s atmosphere at speeds of 25,000 miles per hour or up to six times greater. Typical unaided as a well as instrumental observations show the period of visibility is usually very brief and that descending fireballs maintain unidirectional travel throughout the observable portion of their flight.
Suggestions of changing direction from a trained observer classify today’s Irish UFO report as a seemingly highly unusual event. In a Commonwealth where government scientists issue statements to establishment media concerning the visibility of Jupiter on nights where witness video shows complete overcast conditions with spectacular subjects flying under the cloud layer there exists an evident concerted disinformation agenda that attempts to throw the credibility of sincere experiencers under the bus of official denial.
During the night of April 14, 2014, this reporter participated in a night vision skywatch with Canadian experiencer and videographer Les Murzsa at the British Columbia UFO Canyon hotspot. During the flight of a luminous object that displayed irregular flares while being recorded in 0.0001 Lux night vision the camera system’s microphone captured moments of dialogue between camera operator and UFO spotter.
That spontaneous meandering play-by-play was subjected to granular audio analysis the following year with results presented below where secret sleep talking-like messages encrypted backwards in those statements are indicated in bold surrounded by brackets. Granular audio methods and their implications are discussed later in this article.
Jon Kelly (JK): Okay, here’s one. Whoa, it’s flashing. I got a nice flash. Good news. Whoa. Now he’s just going out. No, he’s coming back up. He’s coming in coordination with the laser. Got a live one. I have to get him on the color shot. I haven’t got him in color yet. Is that him? Yeah, he’s just coming up now.
Les Murzsa (LM): Mmhmm.
JK: Okay. Shoot. He’s come down. He’s coming up. Okay. We’re still with you bro. So faint now.
JK: Yeah, like he’s gone right off the scope. Oh, there he is. He’s flashing again. Very tricky dude.
LM [Pilot.]: Mmhmm. You still got him.
JK [Alien die in the crash.]: Yeah. I don’t know if I got him in color but I’ve got a good track on the night vision. Now look. Yeah, he’s stayed bright for a long time. It’s a really unusual light pattern. And also I think somewhat responsive to the laser. Okay. I think I should. Whoops. He’s gone right down. I missed him.
LM: You got him.
LM: You got him still? Yeah.
LM: He’s coming back up.
JK: Okay. I’m moving over. Interesting and unusual.
Compare now the November 9, 2018, air traffic control communications with a British Airways pilot flying over Kerry, Ireland and the Irish UFO-related discoveries within. Secret messages are marked in bold within brackets as above.
Shannon Air Traffic Control (ATC): Okay, sorry. There’s nothing showing on either primary or secondary.
British Airways Pilot (Speedbird94) [I learned that we captured saucer. Aliens.]: Okay. It was leaving so fast. Actually can no longer see it. But yes.
ATC: Alongside you?
Speedbird94 [Those aliens recover. /2 It knows where to go.]: Yes. This UF[O] come up on our left-hand side and then rapidly veered to the north. We saw a bright light and then it just disappeared at a very high speed. We were just wondering. We didn’t think it was a likely collision course we’re just wondering what that could have been.
Takeaways from the above findings in this Irish UFO study include suggestions of a covert government (possibly joint U.S. /U.K.) UFO crash retrieval educational Disclosure program targeting former military pilots who now work in commercial aviation.
A second more esoteric hypothesis envisions ETs educating human Contactees in their sleep via telepathy where the experiencers dream about attending classes where they receive instruction on exopolitical social justice issues including the existence of captured extraterrestrials existing as hostages, torture victims or worse (comparable to the suffering of human victims of CIA illegal rendition, black site torture and wet rooms).
The pilot’s messages raise the issue of cognition, involuntarily emphasizing how the bright light appeared to be under intelligent control. This perception of intelligent behavior further differentiates the observed UFO from natural phenomena such as meteors.
And how is it that non-military personnel are messaging in the same Roswellian vein while taping night vision UFOs? The fact that members of the public are able to do so further advances the esoteric suggestion that via telepathic contact with psychic ETs (like those described in a three-part study of Edward Snowden’s secret messages) there appear to be no limits to class sizes when it comes to omnidimensional education.
Research that exposed human speech as a “multidimensional stimulus” with “numerous ways you can extract a message from it” was reported in the scientific journal Nature in 1999. In that report human observers were described as competent in resolving words while listening to highly-distorted speech recording samples. The procedure followed by scientists at Cal State involved digitally sampling recordings of human speech where samples were then reduced to grains of @50ms in duration.
Those grains were then locally time-reversed and globally resequenced in an attempt to emulate conditions found in voice-over-digital-network transmission (now commonly referred to as VoIP telephony). This methodology parallels techniques commonly used in biosciences where the nucleotides (grains) of a DNA molecule (sample) are resequenced in attempts to express novel characteristics of existing organisms (or to synthesize entirely new organisms from existing genetic materials).
For every set of discrete items the number of possible permutations of its order or sequence can be determined by using what is known as the factorial function (n!) where for example 3! = 3 x 2 x 1 = 6. In terms of granular speech synthesis the number of 50ms grains can be substantial, leading to what mathematicians call large numbers. For example, calculating the number of possible permutations of a set of 21 50ms grains by factorial function can be said to result in approximately 51 sextillion different sequences (5.1090942e+19).
However, for every set of discrete items (no matter how many), it can also be said that one possible permutation will always reflect the mirror or reverse order of the original sequence. In such a way (1, 2, 3) is newly rendered as (3, 2, 1). This understanding offers a shortcut of which common knowledge within the scientific and engineering communities is indicated by the inclusion of reverse macro functions in widely-used digital audio workstation (DAW) software applications and hardware. Investigators following the sampling, granular time-reversing and resequencing procedure modeled by scientists studying human speech intelligibility at Cal State can bypass untold iterations and simply monitor audio playback in reverse or mirror order with one click of a cursor.
From this reporter’s perspective the most important reason for bypassing myriad alternative sequence iterations is founded upon empirical evidence of practical intelligence discovered encrypted backwards in human speech. In the public domain this intelligence has offered preemptive understanding of facts concerning the Iraq War, the identity of one serial killer, the identity of a Russian spy and the resurrection of a CIA assassination program all named in broadcast media and online publications sometimes years before they were substantiated by mainstream news reports. Some of these reports are detailed in links provided below.
However, within modern society there remain numerous deeply ingrained superstitious implications of such encrypted multidimensional speech phenomena. These perceptions can be said founded upon dogmatic unscientific belief in fictitious untestable unproven entities and their supposed influences upon human behavior. Proponents of such scandalous misconceptions would stir the public to reject any suggestion of a time wheel’s (Sanskrit “Kalachakra”) bi-directional rotation, for instance. It is this type of Luddite perspective that would discourage the use of an automobile transmission’s reverse gear, compelling motorists to circumnavigate the globe instead of simply backing into a parking spot.
Therefore, only those capable of rejecting medieval injunctions against widdershins procession can embrace the type of volatile materials revealed through such a path of auditory inquiry. To quote one prominent Seattle psychologist this extremely psychoactive procedure and its findings are “not for beginners”.
Vancouver, BC – A new June 6, 2018, short video feature from NewsInsideOut reporter Jon Kelly titled “UFO Zoomorphology: The Avian Motif” explores how some unidentified flying objects resemble animal forms when imaged in 0 Lux infrared with a tripod-mounted 3CCD broadcast-series camera. In the video, images from Mt. Adams, Washington, recorded during the summer of 2010 reveal luminous emissions in the woods followed by a UFO that travels below the forest canopy. Digital video editing reveals the head of a bald eagle in profile recorded in one of the frames.
According to the witness, appearances of forest lights could be interpreted as precursors to the major UFO illumination event that followed. While studying the images a notion concerning plasma boiling in the atmosphere arises suggesting a scenario related to the churning on the surface of an ocean prior to the emergence of an entity from beneath the waves.
The sequence of images shown in the video represent events that occurred within a two-minute window of time while the camera was stationary and mounted on a tripod. The videographer relates how “During the recording period I was walking along the forested roadway in front of the camera directly beneath where the UFO flared. It produced a blue aura that illuminated the canopy like special effects lighting used in science fiction film-making.
“During the flare I was able to observe blue lighting reflecting from nearby tree branches through my peripheral vision. It was not until I returned to the camera to review what was captured that the source of illumination became visible to me. “
Discontinuities of light emissions seen in the video suggest how the UFO was flying behind some of the trees and that the source of illumination was within the woods that separated the lens from the subject.
If the light had been projected from behind the camera while sweeping a trail upon the woods it seems the continuity of that trail would have been greater. This conclusion is based upon an idea of how from the camera’s perspective there would have been little to no obstruction of the illuminator’s beam between its reflection off of the trees and the lens.
The veteran international field researcher explains “I applied contrast enhancement and digital magnification while editing. It was under these conditions that I was able to resolve the head of a bald eagle in profile on one of the UFO video frames. This avian form occurs in my photography as well, where for example Garuda appears as the eagle mount of Vishnu in the classical Sanskrit iconography of South Asia.”
