Vancouver, BC – On December 19, 2015, NewsInsideOut.com went deep underground to investigate Vancouver’s local artisanal vegan pop-up restaurant scene. We sat down for a Winter Holiday Feast where local vegans and foodavores sang praises over a 2014 documentary titled “Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret”. Service took place in two rooms hosted by self-described “Nerd level Vegan” David Isbister at a secret inner-city location offering a varied and original menu including handmade vegan takes on classic holiday dishes and harvest soul foods.
