  1. This is CASE CLOSED. Why is this even being discussed?
I’d put it down to desperation from all involved.
There is no UFO here. Next!!

    1. Christian, this is being discussed because … freedom of the press. The focal plane argument presented above shatters all of the authoritarian dogma and superstition to which you apparently subscribe. Where is your reasoned response to the facts? Are you able to present a cogent counter-argument that explains the optical evidence?

    2. Christian….I’ll have to guess you are Nippa from YouTube since you are using the same language & seem indentically quite desperate yourself to close the case which is odd. Jon Kelly was good enough to grant me an interview with the point that there seemed to be a lot of anomalies that made for this being a case open and not closed. Neither one of us is saying that it was a UFO event for sure but just like Jon says, the freedom of the press should play out until all the facts are in.

I’ve done a lot of investigation well past what MUFON did which was quite helpful on their part up to the point they closed the case. I disagree with their closing the case when they hadn’t established exactly where these lights were on the mountain & how other anomalies fit in. The very possible terrestrial scenario is that these were motorcycle lights on a very specific stretch of dirt road & that they used low powered green & blue lasers to signal their friends down in Tucson who were watching fireworks. Cellphone access is good up there but only with Verizon so they might have been in touch with people below via cellphone. It could not have been cars due to the narrowness of the only possible stretch of road this could have taken place on. This is, again, a very possible explanation for what occurred and requires VERY specific details in order to have a terrestrial explanation.

The focal plane argument that Jon has mentioned is still an anomaly but there may be an explanation for that but we don’t know at this time. It never hurts to keep a case open & see what future events bring forward. Just a couple of weeks ago my friends who had borrowed one of my Luna Optics cameras & monitor had a major experience in Washington State with numerous witnesses & the lights they recorded were very similar in color & bursts as my July 4th video. There could be a “high strangeness” factor here at work so, yes, we’ll keep the July 4th incident open & see where this all goes.
