Vancouver, BC – In an exclusive appearance on the Monday, October 19, 2020, edition of ‘The Creedence and Bishop Show‘ NewsInsideOut reporter Jon Kelly shared secret messages from U.S. President Donald Trump, BTK Killer Dennis Rader and Jonestown Massacre cult leader Jim Jones while offering speech analysis of co-hosts Bishop, Mikey and Knox with results that were verified live on-camera. Jon wrapped up making a compelling case to end torture in the west. It’s an hour of talk that you won’t want to miss.
Vancouver, BC – Exclusive new video published to social media August 9, 2019, shows skywatch highlights from Canadian UFO videographer Les Murzsa’s recent UFO documentary road trip to Vancouver, British Columbia. The self-documenting Extraterrestrial Contact experiencer who played a substantial role in forecasting Contact incidents involving additional videographers and witnesses returned to the UFO corridor near Vancouver City Hall earlier this month. Regarding his latest images from this past weekend in Mount Pleasant, Les Murzsa considers the recordings evidence for a “close encounter with an E.T.”.
The British Columbia Contactee and guerilla film maker is currently in ongoing production for a new independent documentary under the working title “Hello, UFO”. When asked to explain what his most recent skywatch video captured Les Murzsa cited historical context within which the weekend sightings occurred, recounting events as “Consistent with my past experiences filming in the neighborhood.”
In an August 6 email discussing images recorded four days earlier Les Murzsa wrote to this reporter stating:
“I am certain that they are not balloons . . . At the beginning of the sighting there are two distinct objects. Let’s call them red and black. Not only do smaller white spheres appear but the black object comes and goes throughout the rest of the sighting. At times it appears to be part of the red object and no longer an object of its own . . . I caught sight of it when it was no more than 20 feet above the sidewalk at the North East corner of the park meaning we were within approximately 100 feet from the UFO.”
A deeply intuitive Les Murzsa contextualized this sighting experience with the following descriptive language stating, “If my theory is correct that these objects are dimensional entities then we and the public at the park had an extremely close encounter with an E.T. at ground level.
”It is my belief that these objects can pass into the earth and so I believe this UFO came out of the ground at the edge of the park because he knew that we were there filming and was presenting himself for us to capture the sighting on film.”
Like the Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA) Observatory that captures images of supposed invisible galaxies the 3CCD camera (JVC GZ-HD7US) used in Les Murzsa skywatch events normally operates at or beyond the range of its optical resolution. The multi-sensor camera achieves this by using digital magnification.
Under such conditions rendering distant subjects may introduce visual artifacts distinct from actual appearance (determined upon closer examination). In terms of identifying subjects zooming in on pixels offers a closer look while adding significant noise to the signal.
Upon review of the ALMA images, readers may agree there are not many galaxies that actually appear to have stair step-aliasing geometries. Those characteristics are evident artifacts of digital magnification from an observational system operating at or beyond the threshold of its optical range.
In summary, the ALMA invisible galaxies certainly don’t look like clusters with hundreds of billions of discrete stars and other celestial objects. Yet they continue to offer currency as media in the scientific press. In this climate the Les Murzsa video archive offers an opportunity for the public to consider scientific potential of multi-sensor camcorder registrations of limited resolution documenting and informing further documentation by others of potential Contact with other intelligent civilizations.
In attempting to address some of the questions raised by Les Murzsa’s substantial catalog of video images this reporter has introduced a higher-optical magnification imaging system (Panasonic AG-DVC30) into the skywatch events. The E.T. experiencer’s field leadership directing a camera team capturing images in Southwestern British Columbia resulted in stunning daylight and starlight images that amplify conclusions regarding the mysterious origins of these subjects.
Outtakes from those additional sightings included in the August skywatch video were recorded both at the same Mount Pleasant location in 2014 and within city blocks in 2011.
Due further consideration are the various ways in which cities appear as magnets for garbage and pollution with seemingly unlimited plastic bags and Mylar balloons drifting overhead. It may be hyperbolic to suggest the August skywatch images show anything more than balloons and a harbor seaplane at extreme range.
However, disproportional jitter along the image’s vertical axis exhibited by the subject as a tree branch comes into view in August 3, 2019, footage is difficult to explain as normal level flight by an airplane (although this appearance may be an artifact of the JVC camera’s Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS)).
Instrumentation measuring phenomena introduces noise to any experiment and future research will need to be able to successfully distinguish this noise from clear signals in order to successfully advance.
It is this reporter’s documented experience that redundant multi-sensor instruments have registered images at closer optical magnification on numerous occasions when Les Murzsa was directing the camera team. Those registrations furthered the E.T. hypothesis rather than debunking it awakening a sense of how the continuity of Les Murzsa’s ongoing independent UFO studies can contribute to a scientifically-informed educational understanding of Contact phenomena.
Les Murzsa’s August skywatch procedure includes use of JVC’s Focus Assist feature offering a powerful subject-detecting capability that in numerous cases leads the videographer along his path of discovery. This behavioral characteristic of the investigator intersects with an interesting philosophical thread regarding machines identifying subjects for the operator to study (versus an operator-led approach).
Capitulation to cybernetics appears like a migration beyond metaphorical boundary lines related to artistic and creative expression of a transpersonal state in which the camera operator merges with the operation, where responsibility for leading investigation is de facto transferred to artificial intelligence (AI).
This theme finds widespread expression in popular music’s embrace of Kraftwerkian trances among today’s DJs and electronic instrument operators who follow the beat wherever it may lead them. Under these altered states of consciousness it appears possible subjects may approach the observer as per the claims of Yakima Lights investigator David Akers.
In the Report on the Investigation of Nocturnal Light Phenomena at Toppenish, Washington AUGUST 1972 David Akers wrote how photographic captures were produced by phenomena that approached the electrical engineer.
“The investigative approach used involved setting-up portable observation points at selected locations in the study area for several days at a time. This technique allowed the observer to become acquainted with normal activity in a given location and prepare him to detect any abnormal activity which might occur. No concerted effort was made to “chase” the phenomenon around the reservation. Instead, it was allowed to come to the observer (emphasis added).”
Vancouver, BC – An exclusive short film published to social media on April 10, 2019, offers viewers an inside look at what one U.S. Marine Corps veteran described as a “massive” UFO incident that took place near a Lake Michigan nuclear power station the night of March 24, 2019. A bizarre cluster of scintillating lights said unlike anything in the current known U.S. military arsenal was observed and recorded in flight over several hours by long time Manitowoc, WI, resident Myles Panosh and his videographer friend Jeff Lavicka. Running under 15 minutes the “Manitowoc Incident”’s stunning enhanced HD UFO footage, 8-bit granular audio analysis, dramatic recreation and voices of witnesses transport viewers deep into the heart of what may be the biggest UFO story of 2019.
UPDATE: The status of this report has been downgraded in an important update published April 15, 2019. Click here to read the update.
U.S. Marine Corps veteran Myles Panosh says he was on a telephone call that evening discussing UFO experiences with Sheboygan, WI, resident Shelly Schmidt when he looked out from his window and spotted a “huge” UFO over the vicinity of Point Beach Nuclear Plant in neighboring Two Creeks. Unable to capture the subject with his iPhone he enlisted help from neighbor Jeff Lavicka at 8:45 p.m. local time. The videographer then successfully imaged the mysterious event using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and was able to observe the incident until approximately 11:30 p.m..
What the videos show include multi-colored lights appearing at the apexes of a seemingly opaque wedge-shaped “Star Destroyer”-like spacecraft attended periodically by additional luminous bodies in flight blinking on and off in the nearby field of view. There are no stars or other celestial bodies visible in the background suggesting the UFO’s luminous emissions were brighter than starlight and that the subject was operating within Earth’s atmosphere. It stands to reason that if the smartphone camera’s low-light threshold included imaging of celestial objects, dozens would have appeared in each upwards-facing video frame accompanying the subject under clear night sky conditions described by the witness.
Such a simple analysis concludes that the video images do not depict stars and planets but rather subjects of magnitudes greater than starlight whose emissions fall within the visible range of the camera sensor (where other celestial objects do not register). It is clear from these images the Samsung Galaxy S4 is incapable of resolving distant binary star systems at night but is clearly suited to the task of collecting UFO evidence under dark sky conditions where subjects flying within Earth’s atmosphere emit significant illumination of their own.
The role of primal hypnotic scintillating lights in UFO incidents (like the bioluminescence of cuttlefish stalking their prey) may in some cases be interpreted as a pacifier of observers transmitting “nothing to see here” signals to individuals who may otherwise mobilize some sort of active response. The effect has been observed by this reporter during field research in the British Columbia wilderness where helicopter-like light activity on nearby ridgetops seemed ironically normal under conditions where such vehicles were very unlikely to appear.
During their telephone interviews for the “Manitowoc Incident” both Myles Panosh and Shelly Schmidt recounted a subculture of testimonies from local residents and visitors to the area who said they had seen lights in the sky near the nuclear site and over Lake Michigan. An article from the Detroit Free Press from March of this year cited eerie lights appearing along near 200 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline in witness reports from 1994 highlighting how these reports remain unsolved to the present day.
John Carpenter’s “Starman” (1984) crashed an extraterrestrial scout ship on the northwestern side of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Chequamegon Bay, WI. The city of Green Bay and the Door Peninsula where the Point Beach Nuclear Plant is stationed reside off the southeast edge of the same forest. According to lifelong resident Myles Panosh fishing tourism was wildly popular on the peninsula shoreline during the 1960s and 1970s attracting visitors including high-profile celebrities such as Johnny Carson.
Tales of UFO sightings at the nuclear site are said to have been part of the fishing subculture and the area’s reputation as a UFO hotspot may well have earned it an indirect placement in the film’s cosmology. Viewed from this perspective the “Starman”’s miraculous silver spheres might have gleaned some of their mystique from uranium dioxide pellets used in reactor fuel rods where nuclear power is touted as a fount of miracles by today’s Fukushima-deaf industry shills.
According to the Union of Concerned Scientists fire protection problems and groundwater leaks plague Point Beach. Multidimensional environmental stakeholder ET interests in U.S. nuclear power plants remains a sensitive taboo subject where employees held economic hostage fear for job safety and onsite security protocols preclude bringing public attention to ETs and these incidents through the present day.
It remains otherwise incomprehensible how local residents using smartphone camera technology were able to release stunning images of such an apparently massive display whereas all of the local and regional airport radar sensors plus security system sensors at the nuclear site remain effectively silent in communicating facts of these events in the public domain (as if they registered nothing at all). Clearly the culture of an ongoing cover-up persists in modern America outliving the Pentagon’s 2017 Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) moment in the New York Times.
According to trained military observer Myles Panosh what he saw and Jeff Lavicka recorded that night was “Not anything we have. No way. Not even close. Not a chance. It was not a star. It was not a planet. It was not a meteor. It was definitely (by definition) an Unidentified Flying Object.” Viewers can watch the short film “Manitowoc Incident” on social media for free and learn how public contact with and video recording and reporting of dramatic UFO experiences can be big, bold and beautiful.
Vancouver, BC – Exclusive new video published to social media on January 14, 2019, reveals the U.S. President considering a CIA Phoenix Program-emulating domestic counterinsurgency initiative focused upon raids, occupations and arrest of political “enemies”. NewsInsideOut.com co-editor Jon Kelly broke the story while covering last Tuesday’s Oval Office Address as co-host for Sunday’s episode 142 of End of Days: The Michael Decon Program. The former CBS Radio feature producer, first to report a resurgent Phoenix Program in wake of Ukraine’s 2014 Euromaidan Revolution presented granular audio analysis revealing POTUS’ sleep talking fever dream-like counterinsurgency solution to the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, part of an ongoing scenario the head of Russia’s Roscosmos has described as the “second American civil war” now underway.
Below is a partial transcript of opening remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump during his January 8, 2019, Oval Office Address (Source: C-SPAN “President Trump Address on Border Security”). Those comments were subjected to granular audio analysis for this exclusive NewsInsideOut.com U.S. presidential investigative report with results presented below. Secret sleep talking-like messages encrypted backwards in POTUS’ statements are indicated in bold. Granular audio methods and their implications are discussed later in this article.
The raids. Occupy. Arrest enemy: My fellow Americans, tonight I am speaking to you because there is a growing humanitarian and security crisis at our southern border. Every day, customs and border patrol agents encounter thousands of illegal immigrants trying to enter our country. We are out of space to hold them and we have no way to promptly return them back home to their country. America proudly welcomes millions of lawful immigrants who enrich our society and contribute to our nation.
Both Erik Prince (Blackwater/Academi) and Oliver North (Iran-Contra) were named as participants in meetings with the U.S. President by a report published in The Intercept in January 2017. Further coverage by Democracy Now later that year stated “Prince and North have pitched the private network of spies as a way for the White House to counter members of the intelligence community, or the so-called deep state, who Trump claims are subverting his presidency.”
A transcript of a 2016 interview from former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon’s SiriusXM radio show was said to reveal the following conversation.
Erik Prince: “Two: a Phoenix-like program. OK, remember the Phoenix Program was a root canal done to the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. It was a kill—”
Stephen Bannon: “You mean, this is the Phoenix Program—this is the Phoenix—hang on. This is the Phoenix Program in Vietnam.”
Erik Prince: “It was a vicious, but very effective, kill-capture program in Vietnam that destroyed the Viet Cong as a military force. That’s what needs to be done to the funders of Islamic terror, and that would even the wealthy radical Islamist billionaires funding it from the Middle East, and any of the other illicit activities therein.”
This reporter first broke news of a resurgent Phoenix Program while covering Ukraine’s Euromaidan Revolution in a 2014 report that detailed U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s secret message, stating how “The secretary invokes a reinvigorated CIA Phoenix Program (1965 – 1972).” During remarks given in Kiev following the overthrow of that nation’s democratically elected leadership Secretary Kerry was observed to have spoken the words “Scary. The phoenix sat up.”
Cult followers of the QAnon disinformation feed may find cause for celebration in this revelation as it seemingly parallels persistent claims of its presumed intelligence agency asset authors. Fake coverage of QAnon’s Pizzagate predecessor led at least one online publication to fraudulently headline a New York Police Department raid on a Hillary Clinton property, an event that apparently never occurred. BuzzFeed reported in late 2016 that “SubjectPolitics.com ran a story with the headline “IT’S OVER: NYPD Just Raided Hillary’s Property! What They Found Will RUIN HER LIFE.””
The leader of a veterans group in Tucson, Arizona, reportedly faced multiple charges of trespassing when he was arrested last July for occupying a Cemex plant he alleged was the site of a sex trafficking ring. In an article published last August the Arizona Republic described that man as a follower of QAnon who translated the online disinformation feed’s distorted worldview into real world events. Tucson police were said to have investigated the publicly-owned Mexican multinational’s building supply site “but found no evidence of child sex trafficking at the camp or anywhere else in the area” according to 12 News KPNX.
Independent media site The Outline highlighted in late 2018 how a “Q-pocalypse” in the form of mass arrests, imprisonment and possible execution of “every prominent Democrat” was slated for December 5 but failed to materialize. The New Year’s Eve report went on to itemize other futile QAnon predictions while exploring its seeming appeal to religious evangelicals.
Abortive QAnon predictions have been noted by Foreign Policy who last November cited “The problem with Q’s [failed] predictions was not only the specificity of the events themselves but that they were dated.” The Daily Dot last August offered its survey of “every QAnon prediction that’s failed to come true.” And the venerable Boing Boing chimed in further with “Advice for people who just realized that Qanon is bullshit” predicated upon the now widely-recognized December 5 mass arrests boo-boo.
Of deep concern to this reporter is the way in which QAnon attempts to popularize sadistic cheerleading for domestic fratricide, for blue-on-blue incidents en masse. QAnon dogma appears to envision life under a counterinsurgency not unlike conditions endured by people living under the CIA Phoenix Program during its active phase in the Vietnam War (1965-72).
With the benefit of hindsight Francis Ford Coppola’s epic “Apocalypse Now” (1979) can be understood as cinematic culture’s subtextual contemporary commentary on the CIA Phoenix Program in the wake of disclosures that arose from the 1975 Church Committee hearings. Those U.S. Senate hearings resulted in public disclosure of CIA and NSA activities including mass domestic surveillance, mind control and torture frankenscience, assassinations of foreign leaders and domestic/international news media infiltration/domination.
Research that exposed human speech as a “multidimensional stimulus” with “numerous ways you can extract a message from it” was reported in the scientific journal Nature in 1999. In that report human observers were described as competent in resolving words while listening to highly-distorted speech recording samples. The procedure followed by scientists at Cal State involved digitally sampling recordings of human speech where samples were then reduced to grains of @50ms in duration.
Those grains were then locally time-reversed and globally resequenced in an attempt to emulate conditions found in voice-over-digital-network transmission (now commonly referred to as VoIP telephony). This methodology parallels techniques commonly used in biosciences where the nucleotides (grains) of a DNA molecule (sample) are resequenced in attempts to express novel characteristics of existing organisms (or to synthesize entirely new organisms from existing genetic materials).
For every set of discrete items the number of possible permutations of its order or sequence can be determined by using what is known as the factorial function (n!) where for example 3! = 3 x 2 x 1 = 6. In terms of granular speech synthesis the number of 50ms grains can be substantial, leading to what mathematicians call large numbers. For example, calculating the number of possible permutations of a set of 21 50ms grains by factorial function can be said to result in approximately 51 sextillion different sequences (5.1090942e+19).
However, for every set of discrete items (no matter how many), it can also be said that one possible permutation will always reflect the mirror or reverse order of the original sequence. In such a way (1, 2, 3) is newly rendered as (3, 2, 1). This understanding offers a shortcut of which common knowledge within the scientific and engineering communities is indicated by the inclusion of reverse macro functions in widely-used digital audio workstation (DAW) software applications and hardware. Investigators following the sampling, granular time-reversing and resequencing procedure modeled by scientists studying human speech intelligibility at Cal State can bypass untold iterations and simply monitor audio playback in reverse or mirror order with one click of a cursor.
From this reporter’s perspective the most important reason for bypassing myriad alternative sequence iterations is founded upon empirical evidence of practical intelligence discovered encrypted backwards in human speech. In the public domain this intelligence has offered preemptive understanding of facts concerning the Iraq War, the identity of one serial killer, the identity of a Russian spy and the resurrection of a CIA assassination program all named in broadcast media and online publications sometimes years before they were substantiated by mainstream news reports. Some of these reports are detailed in links provided below.
However, within modern society there remain numerous deeply ingrained superstitious implications of such encrypted multidimensional speech phenomena. These perceptions can be said founded upon dogmatic unscientific belief in fictitious untestable unproven entities and their supposed influences upon human behavior. Proponents of such scandalous misconceptions would stir the public to reject any suggestion of a time wheel’s (Sanskrit “Kalachakra”) bi-directional rotation, for instance. It is this type of Luddite perspective that would discourage the use of an automobile transmission’s reverse gear, compelling motorists to circumnavigate the globe instead of simply backing into a parking spot.
Therefore, only those capable of rejecting medieval injunctions against widdershins procession can embrace the type of volatile materials revealed through such a path of auditory inquiry. To quote one prominent Seattle psychologist this extremely psychoactive procedure and its findings are “not for beginners”.
